When do you ship items?
We use Aramex Couriers (Fastway) and they collect from us every weekday at 2.00 pm. If orders (including payment) are received in the morning, we aim to ship it out the same day (though this is not guaranteed), otherwise orders are dispatched the next day.
Please note that the diamond painting beads that come with each painting come from different manufacturers and, as such, there will be a variance in colour between each manufacturer. When ordering replacement beads be aware that there will be a variance in colour due to it being from a different batch and manufacturer.
Are your paintings full or partial?
As diamond painters ourselves, we prefer full paintings as opposed to partial, so all of our paintings are full diamonds. We have no plans on ordering in partial paintings, but if there is a demand for them, we may re-evaluate this down the line.
I allow pick ups from my home in North New Brighton, Christchurch. Please select "pick up" when you make your purchase. Please be aware that I work out of my home, so you will need to email me (this is on the pick up notes) to arrange a time to collect. Where do the paintings come from?
We source our products from China. We use different manufacturers and are continuously talking to new manufacturers as we aim to get the best quality and price out there.
Can I order a custom painting?
We can order a custom painting for you, absolutely! We order customs diamond paintings the first week of every month. We receive them from supplier approx. 12-14 days after order is placed. Custom photos should be high definition in order to get the best quality diamond painting. We cannot guarantee how any custom paintings will turn out.
Do you have LayBuy or Afterpay?
We have LayBuy and Afterpay available at check out for all items.
Why are there two different painting sizes showing on the diamond paintings?
You'll find each manufacturer is different when they talk about the painting size. For example, when they say it's a 40 x 50 cm painting, it may be the canvas size as opposed to the size of the actual picture on the canvas. Other manufacturers may say it's a 40 x 50 cm painting, and the painting size is actually 40 x 50 cm. If it is two different sizes, we put both sizes up to ensure you can make the best-informed decision on the size of your painting.
Remember that the bigger the painting, the more defined the finished product will be. Larger is always better, if you want good definition!
Each product is checked before being shipped to you. With diamond paintings and paint by numbers, we look at the canvas to ensure it is in good condition, and with diamond paintings we also check all packets of beads are accounted for according to the manufacturer's specifications (bearing in mind we will not count each individual bead, and cannot guarantee on quantity). If by chance you end up short of beads, please contact us immediately.
We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind on an item purchased. Make sure you take the time and have a good look before purchase.
