Shipping Pricing
Shipping pricing is adjusted monthly when courier companies make their adjustments.
Beads will be sent out via tracked courier due to NZ Post being so unreliable.
I use Aramex Couriers, they collect from me daily around 1 p.m. If I get an order before 11am I will try and get it out the same day otherwise it will leave the following day. Same day shipping will only be if payment has shown up if you choose bank deposit.
Signature at delivery via courier is an option available on website, there is no extra charge for this option. Any courier packages that are stolen or go missing without signature selected will not be replaced by McBride Projects.
Signature at delivery is not available for rural delivery customers.
Drop shipping
I now offer drop shipping to both USA and the UK you can purchase via my website and my supplier will ship it direct to you from China. It will take approx. 3 weeks for you receive it.
Pick ups
I will allow pickups please be aware I work out of my home so on purchase when you select pick up you will be asked to email me for the address or text me on 0272-900-255
Where do the paintings come from?
I source my paintings from China. I have an awesome supplier who supplies me with beautiful poured glue paintings with really clear printing along with resin beads.
Can you order a Custom Painting?
Yes, I can get a custom painting done with your photo/picture. I order my customs on the 1st of each month and usually receive them 14-21 days after I purchase. This is freight dependent and can change at short notice. I do not guarantee how any custom painting will turn out as its totally dependent on the photo/picture that your provide. I will get a proof of your diamond painting before you purchase to let you make an informed decision.
Do I have Afterpay or Laybuy?
Yes both are available at checkout.
Cancelled Orders
If for some reason you need to cancel an order and you have paid by Afterpay or Laybuy you will be refunded through the company you paid with but the amount paid to you will be less the Admin Fee that Afterpay and Laybuy charge me.
Bank Deposit
Orders received with Direct Bank Payments will have to be paid for within 3 working days. Failure of payment being received within 3 working days will result in the order being cancelled and product returned to stock.
Sizing of Paintings?
I will post paintings on the website with both canvas size and painting size to help you make the best-informed decision on the size of your painting. Note the amount of definition in the finished paintings is dependent of the size of the painting. Larger is always best if you want good definition.
Quality checked
I will check each painting before shipping it to you by looking at the canvas to make sure it is in good condition and will check all packets of beads are there according to manufacturers specification. I will ensure all colours are there but will not count each bead in each packet. If by chance you end up short, please contact me immediately.
Returns
If you get a painting and change your mind you will not be able to return it to me so give yourself time to have a good look before making your final decision on selecting a painting.
Faulty Goods
If your order is faulty in any way you need to contact me regarding it within 3 days of receiving it. I will replace the painting/item but I will require the return of the faulty painting/item. I will send a courier ticket for you to return the faulty item when I send a replacement. If the painting you want is not in stock I am prepared for you to choose a painting to replace it of the same value.
